Hearing can be tested at any age. We are equipped to test patients from newborn to senior. Test methods utilized are adapted for each patient based on their developmental age.

CAPD testing is a specialized area within audiology. While we do not conduct the testing at our office, there are other providers in the area that perform these evaluations. The first step in determining if CAPD evaluation is recommended is to obtain a comprehensive audiological evaluation. Upon conducting your evaluation and screening measures along with case history, we will provide you your results and refer for CAPD evaluation if appropriate.
There is a wide range of hearing devices, which vary in price dependent on technology level, style, and features. We offer options to suit all budgets and are here to talk you through the best solution for your budget and listening needs. Our cost ranges from $860 – 3110 per hearing aid and include 3 year warranty, service plan, and all care essentials.
Absolutely. We are happy to service any type of hearing aid, regardless of where it was purchased. We have relationships with most major hearing aid manufacturers, including Oticon, Phonak, ReSound, Rexton, Signia/Siemens, Starkey, and Widex.

Yes, we accept all South Carolina Medicaid plans as well as North Carolina Medicaid and NC HealthChoice.
Yes, we do accept Medicare. Medicare allows for one hearing evaluation per year when medically necessary with physician referral.
Ringing in the ears (tinnitus) is often accompanied by hearing loss. If you are experiencing ringing in the ears without noticeable hearing loss, a comprehensive audiological evaluation will be scheduled to help investigate the source of the tinnitus. If you are experiencing hearing loss as well as tinnitus, a hearing test and hearing aid evaluation is advised.
A hearing aid evaluation is an appointment in which we discuss a treatment plan to address your hearing loss. At this visit, your audiologist will present you with detailed information regarding hearing aids, making recommendations on what works best for you based on your audiogram along with your lifestyle and budget.
We offer financing options through the Wells Fargo Health Advantage Program. Options for financing include up to 18 month no-interest plans. You can apply for financing in office or online.
