Funding Sources for Amplification

At Lakeside Audiology, our goal is to find a solution for your hearing needs. When private insurance does not cover hearing devices and finances are of concern, we are happy to work with you to find a funding source to assist. We are the only provider in the area that works with an array of funding sources and will help guide you when/if you may qualify for assistance.

NC Residents:

  • Carolina Children’s Communicative Disorder’s Program Grant (CCCDP)
  • North Carolina Telecommunications Equipment Distribution Program: (NCTEDP)
  • North Carolina Medicaid
  • North Carolina HealthChoice
  • Vocational Rehabilitation
  • EHDI Initial Hearing aid Program (birth to 3 years)
  • Assistive Technology Program (birth to 3 years)

SC Residents:

  • BabyNet (birth to 3 years)
  • Vocational Rehabilitation
  • SC Medicaid
  • Lion’s Club
  • Children with Special Healthcare Needs (CSHCN)

Each funding source varies with respect to its candidacy criteria and application process. Contact our office to schedule a hearing aid evaluation appointment to discuss the best options with your audiologist.
