Wonderful caring staff from the front desk to the audiologists. Dr. Block is patient, really listens to you and helps you decide the best earring aids for you! I have been working with her and her staff for five years. She is wonderful with seniors like my husband and I as well as our granddaughter who was two when she got her hearing aid. I recently worked with Lakeside Audiology to get custom ear impressions made for a set of in-ear monitors (IEMs) from Jerry Harvey Audio, a high-end company known for their very strict impression requirements. From the start, Dr. Jenna Van Bosch and her team were professional, patient, and incredibly accommodating. Before my first appointment, they carefully reviewed the detailed “cheat sheet” provided by JH Audio to make sure they understood exactly what was required. The first set of impressions was submitted, but unfortunately, the left ear was rejected for not meeting JH Audio’s standards. Without hesitation, Lakeside Audiology brought me back in for a second impression—completely free of charge. When that second attempt was also flagged (again, just the left ear), I contacted the office, and they immediately scheduled another appointment. This time, they blocked out more time and suggested sending photos of the impressions directly to JH Audio during the appointment so we could get real-time feedback. Dr. Van Bosch took a new impression, wasn’t fully satisfied, and took another right away to ensure we had the best possible result. We sent photos to JH Audio on the spot, confirmed everything looked good, and I finally mailed off a pair that was accepted. I really appreciate the care, flexibility, and attention to detail that Lakeside Audiology showed throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to help me get it right, and as a working musician, that means a lot. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing custom impressions, especially musicians or performers with exacting needs.
