Lakeside Audiology has been amazing in supporting our family for several years, in particular, our school age son who is deaf in one ear and with only 20% hearing in the other ear. He is thriving in life. When I experienced hearing decline there was no question that I needed their help too. They are Awesome! They Care and it shows!
Easy to make appointment when it was convenient to me plus I was seen a few minutes early.Doctor Megan Jensen was very thorough in making sure everything was as should be with my follow up visit.
Have had bad experience at another provider. Ears are very narrow and had special fittings. These guys were great and things are going very well with them.
Round 2. One hearing aid randomly would quit. The helped us take care of including expediting since we were going out of town. They were wonderful with fixing all.
Round 3. Lost one hearing aid. They stuck with us and got us thgrough ot all. These guys are all great.

The staff at Lakeside Audiology did a great job with my newborn’s hearing screening. We were made to feel as comfortable as possible.
We took our 10month old to be evaluated and they were so sweet! They took their time and were very patient. They made it fun for her so she wasn’t upset at all!

Ms. Jenna did a comprehensive evaluation and explained my results nicely, also providing a written report to further understand the findings. I appreciated a lack of pressure to get hearing aids at this time based upon my type of hearing loss, and she provided counseling with concrete suggestions to aid in communication with challenging listening environments. She also outlined the benefits of early use of amplification, encouraging me to have a reevaluation in the future, especially being aware of increased hearing difficulties. I would highly recommend Lakeside Audiology.
When Costco's hearing services no longer met my needs, I decided to find the best audiologist in the area. My research found Lakeside Audiology was among the highest rated. Although I live in Charlotte and they are located in Rock Hill, due to their glowing reviews, I decided to give them a try and I am glad I did. They are knowledgeable, professional, and take all the time needed to discuss my needs and concerns. I have been going to them for about 3 or 4 years now and continue to feel they exceed expectations.

Lakeside audiology went above and beyond for my son. We came in for a hearing screening and could not have been more impressed with the staff- from the front desk who made us laugh to the delightful doctor who took her time with my son to make sure he was comfortable while she looked in his ears to the amazing nurse who helped us in the booth to keep him still to perform the tests needed! We are so thankful for their hard work making sure they got the results we needed! Thank you if we need services in the future we definitely will be back!
I was so nervous having to take my child to the audiologist. But, after speaking to Ashley and feeling her warmth, I immediately felt at peace. Dr. Van Bosch is top tier. She took the time to explain and go over results in terms we could understand. The attention to patient care was excellent. We HIGHLY recommend Lakeside Audiology as your choice for hearing care!

Dr. Block made the transition to hearing aids an easy one, by explaining my results to choosing the right type of hearing aids, to how to use them daily with no issue. Jenna did an amazing job with my 90 year old uncle. My mother bought a set of hearing aids at Lakeside Audiology in July and passed away seven weeks later. My uncle was in need of a new set of hearing aids so at a marginal cost to retrofit mom’s hearing aids, we upgraded my uncle’s old Belltone hearing aids (circa 2010) and the difference to him is amazing!

The doctors at Lakeside are exceptional. They aren’t hearing aid fitters (basically fitting one size fits all amplifiers) like Costco and others that just sell hearing aids. Lakeside spends the time it takes to “tune” them to my exact hearing requirements. Then as time goes on, they re-tune them as my hearing changes. They make sure that I can hear in every environment, including difficult ones like restaurants. I like the fact that when I tell people that I wear hearing aids they frequently haven’t noticed them.

I have often called myself God's Favorite Child, especially since my cancer diagnosis in 2020, because of all the wonderful medical professionals who have orchestrated my care. As a result of radiation and chemo, I lost much of my hearing in my right ear, and gradually started losing hearing in my left ear also. Wearing a BAHA (BoneAnchoredHearingAid attached to a screw in my skull) was extremely challenging, and yielded less-than-good results. After some research, I found Lakeside Audiology which is the nearest clinic that has Cochlear technology, AND someone skilled in using it. So I made an appointment and was paired with Dr. Jenna Van Bosch--what a gift !! I am definitely God's FC who gets all the good stuff-- Dr. Jenna is very compassionate, skilled and thorough. She has spent literally hours evaluating my hearing loss, my hearing devices, and my need for better devices. Now I will no longer have to contend with the BAHA. If you think you have hearing loss, do not hesitate--call Lakeside Audiology in Fort Mill and you will find the best care around. Ashley and Kea in the front office will get you set up for an evaluation, and the hearing professionals will get you evaluated, and cared for in grand style. It's a 5=star rating system, so I give them 6. My advice? take your ears to Lakeside and put them in care of the professionals there--you won't be disappointed.

I am a first time audiology patient. This was an excellent experience from start to finish! From initial contact to schedule my appointment, the promptness of my appointment confirmation and receipt of intake forms to my office visit. The front office staff was friendly and professional and Dr. Meghan Jensen very capable and thorough! I have already shared LA’s contact information and recommended Lakeside Audiology to two family members and a neighbor!
We have been coming here for at least 7 years for my daughter with special needs. Each of the doctors are incredible. I could not imagine a more competent, compassionate team!
We had the best experiencing with our youngest here for a hearing screaning and diagnostic test. They are incredibly warm and caring and incredibly patient. I would recommend them to anyone needing audiology services, especially younger babies. They also provided clear next steps and a plan- which I really appreciated.
This was our second visit, and they were extremely helpful. We arrived on time and did not have to wait. We appreciate the attention to detail and education on how to maintain the hearing aid. Lakeside Audiology was recommended to us, and we have already passed the recommendation on to a friend.

Wonderful caring staff from the front desk to the audiologists. Dr. Block is patient, really listens to you and helps you decide the best earring aids for you! I have been working with her and her staff for five years. She is wonderful with seniors like my husband and I as well as our granddaughter who was two when she got her hearing aid. I recently worked with Lakeside Audiology to get custom ear impressions made for a set of in-ear monitors (IEMs) from Jerry Harvey Audio, a high-end company known for their very strict impression requirements. From the start, Dr. Jenna Van Bosch and her team were professional, patient, and incredibly accommodating.
Before my first appointment, they carefully reviewed the detailed “cheat sheet” provided by JH Audio to make sure they understood exactly what was required. The first set of impressions was submitted, but unfortunately, the left ear was rejected for not meeting JH Audio’s standards. Without hesitation, Lakeside Audiology brought me back in for a second impression—completely free of charge.
When that second attempt was also flagged (again, just the left ear), I contacted the office, and they immediately scheduled another appointment. This time, they blocked out more time and suggested sending photos of the impressions directly to JH Audio during the appointment so we could get real-time feedback.
Dr. Van Bosch took a new impression, wasn’t fully satisfied, and took another right away to ensure we had the best possible result. We sent photos to JH Audio on the spot, confirmed everything looked good, and I finally mailed off a pair that was accepted.
I really appreciate the care, flexibility, and attention to detail that Lakeside Audiology showed throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to help me get it right, and as a working musician, that means a lot. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing custom impressions, especially musicians or performers with exacting needs.

We were referred to Lakeside Audiology after 2 failed hearing screenings with our pediatrician's practice. Dr. Bosch was warm, friendly, and caring. She calmed all of our fears immediately and as we suspected, the "failed" hearing tests before were just the results of my daughter not fully understanding how she was supposed to respond. I'm so happy there are no issues, but sad that we don't get to see Dr. Bosch again! And Ashley the nurse at reception is pretty cool too!
Dr Block does a fantastic job of taking care of her patients. She is always on your side in dealing with manufacturers. She is kind, sincere and very knowledgeable about her profession. I couldn’t ask for more.
We love Lakeside Audiology! We have worked with 2 of the audiologist and they have both been great! They are very knowledgeable and they interact with my son so well. He was tricking his last audiologist at a different place and his hearing aid wasn’t up to where it needed to be, but here they could tell when he would answer incorrectly! His hearing aid is now right where it needs to be! I am so very glad we switched over, just wish we would have came here first!
